Great Place, Great Space - Project Manager RaMa Technologies Employee Review

There is no pros as such in this company. Employees leave job within 2 to 3 months. I am giving one start but they don't deserve it.

Small scale company. Resources are limited they don't have proper system to work. Timing of company is not fixed . Office timing 10 am to 7 pm but daily exceed upto 10pm. No joining documentation.no experience certificate. No HR management

There is no as such pros of this company I don't see anything positive in this company

So much work pressure, no documention at the time of joining and leaving job , management is very bad , no HR policies. Salary deduction and work on weekend olso no extra benifits. Office timing is not fixed 😞 people work still 10pm without reason
