I came to RXO after being laid off elsewhere. The position I held at RXO was on a *very* small team that did not have enough work to justify the number of teammates. I spent far more time waiting to be assigned work than I did actually working. The role was not explained well by the recruiter and had no growth trajectory. It was ***much*** more entry level than I realized (In fact, my entry level job joining the workforce 9 years prior paid better and had more work for me to do). All RXO employees must hold their current role for a full year before being eligible to move internally. After 4.5 months, I left RXO. I could not continue to make ends meet financially with what they were paying. Getting to the point where other options would have opened up was financially impossible.
