Dont have to work long hours flexibility if you are self starter to learn new things (get a book and read it or get a masters) flexible work schedule okay benefits good job security
Cons
its easy to get lost and forgot not always a plan for new hires company is set in its ways dont try to change how things are done if your new - even if its really old fashioned way of doing things older staff members can be mean to young hires
