Pros
I've been here for 4 years, and I'm very happy here. Pro's - Open door policy with leaders, everyone always has time for my questions - Career Advisors (everyone has one) mine is always available and helps me with my goals for each year - My career path is clearly defined, and also has a ''gray space'' that I can create and help mold my career here - PTO packages are great! - Benefits are good, 3 plans to choose from - Flexible schedule is an option if you need one (you can create your own).
Cons
Here are the "cons" which I would find for any public accounting firm - It is not a 40 hour work week for any line of business here, however you're not working INSANE hours like a big 4
