Pros

Management devised and executed excellent training when I joined. The work came as individual and unique projects. Expectations and contribution were clear. Flexible with working from home during COVID before vaccinations.

Cons

Sometimes not enough work to do. Subject matter of adhesives and packaging wasn't very interesting or compelling. Palpably Christian environment.

Pros

If your role involves travel, they don’t mind you having a good meal and a safe mid-range hotel. The IT support was excellent.

Cons

The ownership group is going to have to go through a major transition with zero future proofing to grow their business and aging sales team. It will be sold off and most likely very soon. Their product doesn’t have a differentiation other than being the category price leader.

Pros

Engineers and others who felt lucky to be part of department which makes most of money were generally treated well and given priority, while other roles often felt undervalued and expected to simply support them.

Cons

As a former employee, I found the work environment to be highly toxic and unprofessional. There was widespread favoritism and clear nepotism, with certain individuals receiving opportunities and promotions based on personal relationships rather than merit. This created a sense of unfairness and low morale across the team. There were also no clear rules or structured procedures in place, which led to constant confusion and inconsistency in how work was managed. Decisions often felt arbitrary and lacked transparency, making it difficult to trust leadership or feel secure in the role. Overall, it was a frustrating and discouraging place to work.
