So called head of Sales & Marketing function is the biggest clown in this setup, he creates false urgency, provides false data, drives unethical business and top of that he treats people badly threatening them about career and this clown is proud of all this. Marketing team is having highest attrition due to this unprofessional person and this applies to Sales employees as well. Please don't join this organization if you want a steady career.
