The work is really exciting, working with different clients different technologies and different teams. Pay is competitive with a nice bonus and adequate benefits. Management is responsive and attentive, no idea is dismissed without thorough feedback

3 weeks vacation Argentina holidays paid Christmas "bonus" (one salary divided in 2 annually) Payment in USD

Cons

The manager/leadership area leaves EVERYTHING to be desired, they do not consider the human resource, they like to make you feel less and that you owe them something just because they pay in USD. You have no privacy, because they will call you on your cell phone at will no matter what happened. "Team building" does not exist in their dictionary.
