Pros
I left the best job ever - working at ROI Solutions. The team there is smart, dedicated, eager - a real team. I left to pursue a job elsewhere and I wish I hadn't left ROI Solutions. They are a super company from the inside out. Their clients love them and now that I work on the outside, I realize the amazing culture there is not something other companies have or can create.
Cons
I have no cons to offer - well, except I wish there was a Starbucks closer to the office.
