Company owners say ROI Mantra is most employee friendly company but at the time of any decision that is related to employees they will not even ask employees for suggestion. They will just put their point. If you try and suggest your view they will show you down in front of all the employees,. They take major decisions like shift timing changes, team restrucuring without even talking to their employees that how the decisions will effect the employees. But they say we are an employee-friendly company. They work on alternate saturdays... and if there are 5 saturdays in a month u still have to come.... even if there are 4 months in a year with 5 saturdays.... they will not give more than 8 holidays in a year which has some holidays included on Sunday too. No Proper appraisal plan is also one very BIG con. They are just becoming less employee friendly day be day.
