- Lack of direction from management. - Unclear objectives. - Organisation of team-based tasks This is a large company with many significant areas. However, in my personal experience, I would not recommend working in their Marketing Department. For context, when senior management let me go because 'my skills didn't fit the needs of the business', my line manager informed me that it was purely based on new budgets, which again highlights the lack of communication and honesty, unfortunately.
