Pros
Only good thing was pay was pretty average or decent for what you would deserve. Benefits were good. BUT not PTO or vacation days. There was not enough offered there.
Cons
There is absolutely no job security. This company is in constant reorganization. Owners are untrustworthy. You are expected to put your head down and work. No fun, no office interaction, no team bonding. Texting is even frowned upon. Turn over rate is very high. Many people are let go without any warning at all, even if your performance reviews are great. Not a lot of PTO. Hard to believe this company is surviving with all the changes and lay offs.
