Pros
- Extremely inclusive team regarding gender, equality, race, sexuality. - Even if you are on different levels of seniority, everyone is on the same level. - Teams are extremely hard-working as a whole and problem solving together is a huge part of the company culture. - If you are a team player, this is the place for you. - There is room to grow, and management is always open to you switching teams if you are genuinely interested. - Flexible WFH situations when you need.
Cons
- Long hours - Salary is not high even in a more senior position. - Not a company problem, but some clients can be hard to work with and you will need to be able to hold your own on that ground. - Not a place for you if multi-tasking skill is not high.
