Pros

You’ll get lots of cold-calling experience quickly. Fast pace can help you decide if tech sales is the right path. Some peers are supportive and energetic.

Cons

Parking is a nightmare and the equipment feels like it’s straight out of the stone age. At the end of the day, this isn’t a true training program — it’s just a revolving-door call center. Your success depends entirely on whichever client you’re assigned to, and since they’re constantly losing contracts, you’ll often get shuffled around with little warning. The instability, outdated tools, and lack of real development make it hard to see this as a sustainable career path.
