The culture has significantly declined. What was once a great place to work (under Tim Casey) changed dramatically when the investment group became directly involved in operations. Leadership demonstrated a lack of ethics and little regard for its people and its previously strong company culture, taking a highly authoritarian approach. As a result, nearly the entire VP and Director leadership team departed, with only one remaining.

Pay was decent, and work life balance was good.

Company is a mess, they failed to pay vendors in a timely manner, was never offered my health insurance when I was brought on, they are constantly “restructuring” so everything gets lost in the process. No one knows anything about anything when trying to get things figured out, it’s always someone else’s job.
