Owner is uninvolved in the day to day running of the company. Ran with little structure or knowledge of how the tech industry actually works outside of copiers.
One of the 5+ white males over the age of 50,self appointed VPs, was extremely abrasive and threated by new members joining the team. While others VPs offer very little engagement outside of stay out of this person's way.
No proper training on tools, no sales structure. No actual businesses to sell into, as they have purchased small MPS companies but run many customers off for lack of attention to accounts.
Monday morning meetings are at best rambling.. followed by a long winded sales meeting with NO Agenda and No Plan.
