Pros
Very supportive and easy going broker. Friendly staff to help you get set up. Great private offices available to rent. Awesome location near downtown. Very clean and impressive office.
Cons
As an agent, you are own your own although many of the other agents are very friendly and willing to help you out with questions. The private offices can be a little expensive but you can easily have an office-mate to partner with and split the costs.
