Layoffs (and terminations in general) are among the most difficult business decisions we need to make as a company, and the process sometimes takes months as we explore any and all alternatives before letting an employee go. Layoffs are always the last resort. We are sorry to hear that your impression is that we are constantly laying off staff for no reason at all, as this is most certainly not the case. While you are correct that the company is busy, it is not always true that every group or every department is busy, and, unfortunately, we have had layoffs in the past, albeit few and far between.
Please be encouraged to check our openings frequently and to apply to any new position that would be a match for your skills. We are careful not to post openings unless there is a good backlog of work.
