7yAs a fast-growing organization, we're focused on continuous improvement in all aspects of our work, including the team member experience. In 2018, we began taking strategic measures to address workplace culture and satisfaction - with notable positive changes. Our team has grown 45% while turnover has decreased by over 12%. We've introduced new roles, including Director of People to oversee team and company culture and Customer Success Representatives who provide support to all orders and the overall sales process. We're excited to move forward in 2019 with more new roles, including a Regional Sales Representative.
