      Great people as far as coworkers,not so much with management!

      Cons

      They don't care how long or loyal you are to your job, the Ceo puts management up to harasing his employees to the point they want to walk out or end up sick and in the hospital.Very dishonest and unethical for a lawyer.

      Pros

      Provide services for under privileged people who lack resources and knowledge to help themselves.

      Cons

      The most knowledgeable employees who work efficiently and thoroughly do not get recognized or praised for their efforts. The company hours got reduced many years ago and never went back to 40 again as promised. Flex pay continues to be reduced, no short term disability or maternity benefits, no health or dental benefits offered.
