Pros
The Pay is the major reason why I am employed at this job. It is pretty good for the transportation industry and the type of hours worked is decent. Most times you can work OT and get paid.
Cons
Management is suspect at times, very nitpicky. Be on top of your game, do not give them any chance of writing you up because you can easily be fired. If you don not produce at a good level within 2 weeks of starting be prepared to be an easy target for being fired.
