Working at Hemms is very fulfilling. You get to see your hard work in real life and feel proud of what you were a part of building. The people who work there are knowledgeable about what they’re doing and are willing to help when needed or answer any questions you may have. People are willing to work as a team and really come together when needed. There is never a boring day there either. I like the people there, office, field, and shops, and the owner.

There are not enough employees for the amount of work, as is with most companies right now.
