Pros
- Young workers - Cafeteria on campus - lots of parking
Cons
- Bad leadership who treat you like assets and you can tell you are just a number to them and they do not care about your growth - no opportunity for growth - high turnover rate - bad hours (first, second, third shift) - only hire contract workers so no benefits or PTO - they can end your contract anytime - low pay -they do not promote from within - employees are mean to one another and there are many cliques and gossip - WORST LOCATION ON THE PLANET (located on a remote mountain that only has one lane so traffic is variable from day to day and you can be late) - Have to drive 20 miles on a one lane twisty road highway to get to the company - dangerous road to travel by just to get to work (potentials for fires and lots of accidents since the road is VERY windy)
