no formal training, training is done by coworkers and each one has their own way of interpreting processes so that's fun! promotions are given b/c of who you know not what you know. work from home is decided by your manager so good luck with that. do the job of 10 people but get paid for one, again, unless you're in the clique you wont get anywhere. pay increases are a joke, keep your filthy .20 pay raise!
