Pros
I love the flexibility. I can work when ever I want as much as I want. Some weeks I feel like working very long hours and other I work only enough so I can spend time with my kids. I get to meet nice people everywhere I go and learn from every company I work for. Qwick has very good customers and everywhere they send me is just another fabulous adventure. I love the fact that I get paid as soon as my shift ends, it makes me feel financially secure.
Cons
One thing that I don’t like about qwick is the fact that I don’t get to see the other shifts that people don’t want to work or that they can’t work. Another thing is that sometimes a very few people show up to work smelling like alcohol or mariguana. This makes me uncomfortable because they give qwick a bad reputation which affects my role in the company. Another thing I don’t like is the fact that qwick reduces your break regardless whether you take it or not. Also they don’t communicate to customers about the right time to take a break. For example you are scheduled at 4 pm and at 4:30 they send you on your break just because that want to get it out of the way. This is just the same as if you didn’t take a break.
