Qwello has a fantastic culture that really emphasizes collaboration and getting things done without unnecessary bureaucracy. Even though I’ve only been here a short time (2 months), I already feel like I’m contributing to something meaningful. We’re working on the full stack of EV charging — both the hardware and software — and it's exciting to be part of a company that’s genuinely pushing the industry forward and making a positive impact. The team is passionate, knowledgeable, and supportive, which makes a big difference day to day.
