Without a doubt the worst place I have ever worked! I made friends for life and that was the only good part! I used to cry going to work every day because management are so horrible and you get treated like a piece of dirt on their shoe. Hearing how they are treating their staff currently with all the redundancies is disgusting and makes me sick. There is so much potential if emloyees had more free reign to put their ideas across and not just get shot down at every opportunity and made to churn out the same old fashioned bland and disgusting designs that no customer wants to buy, honestly I’m surprised the company has lasted as long as it has. Staff are just a number to the family who own it and no amount of loyalty or hard work is ever celebrated or appreciated. The current round of redundancies are probably a blessing in disguise for the amazing employees who can move on to find new roles that are worthy of their time and efforts.
