Pros

I joined the company as a Property Manager and was later promoted to Head of Property Management, which speaks volumes about the opportunities for growth and the trust placed in employees. I thoroughly enjoyed the role, the work itself, and especially the team. The CEO was always incredibly supportive and genuinely invested in developing both the team and the company in the right direction. There was a strong sense of leadership, encouragement, and shared vision throughout. The team was an absolute joy to work with—collaborative, professional, and seamless in the way we worked together. While the job wasn’t always easy (as is the nature of property management), you never felt alone. There was always support, guidance, and teamwork, which made even the challenging moments manageable and rewarding. Overall, Quintessentially Estates is a great place to work, offering growth, support, and an excellent team culture. Highly recommended.

Cons

challanging at times, but nothing too crazy for this type of a job at that level

Pros

I found the management to be very supportive, and it was refreshing to not be micromanaged. You are given a lot of responsibility within the role, and found new ideas for how to steer the business in different directions/ways to change & improve were always considered and welcomed. There is a really fun, collaborative culture/atmosphere which I loved. Lots of team events, dinners and launch parties. Really nice to have a start up feel whilst being linked to the large global Quintessentially brand. The job was varied and each day was very different. I got to turn my hand to projects, tenant management, bespoke home packages, interior consulting etc. Because of this I worked out I wanted to change to a job in a different sector within property.

Cons

The London team is a close knit team, which I personally don’t think is a negative as all the employees are genuinely lovely. Sometimes the nature of HNW clients means they are demanding, but the team were always willing to muck in and help when it got busy.

Pros

I have worked for Quintessentially Estates for nearly two years and have hade the luck to be part of a very exciting journey seeing the company develop and expand tremendously in a very short period of time. We’re a small and brilliant team who always support each other in developing a small business, while also having a great time together. The CEO of the business is always open to new ideas on how we can improve and what we can do differently. If you work hard, there is truly endless potential in this company. We are always brainstorming as a team how we can improve in order to be the best agent possible. We were awarded Best Letting Agent in SW1X , 2021-2022 by British Property Awards and I think that speaks for itself. Previously working for a big corporate high-street estate agency with little understanding and care for their staff, this company really is the opposite and I could not recommend it enough to someone who is looking to make a great career with endless possibilities.

Cons

Working with HNWI can sometimes be more challenging than not working with HNWI as it requires a high level of service
