Quinn is a great place to get experience in PR, especially if you’re interested in hospitality. Leadership is great and very involved and you get to work with and learn from very creative and strategic thinkers.

Team structures vary greatly depending on who your manager is

Remote work, okay PTO, holiday work schedule

Management is all over the place. HR is in and out. Don’t let the culture fool you. Claims of work life balance are not as promising as they make it seem. Leadership is set in old ways and middle management teams are switched in and out with inadequate training. Heavy on favoritism and needs improvement in diversity.
