Great Potential but unfortunately micro management and executive ego get in the way.

Has to be the worst place I've ever worked. Toxic work environment. Lack of leadership and direction. The continual hiring of inexperienced leadership. Micro Management and Ego's define the work process. Huge turnover rate. Behaviors and Procedures put in place are destined for failure. Don't do what they say. Zero employment appreciation, support or consideration. Run don't walk from these people.

Great company that designs and fabricates mechanical equipment for power generation of different types as well as reducing methane emissions which is now is a requirement to be reduced to help our climate change issues.

Haven't experienced any to date with this wonderful engineering team or organization. They have been very accommodating in onboarding, work structure and guidance.
