OMG! Often raced to FedEx to make the 11:00 pm pickup. In my first week or so, an upper level manager called staff into a meeting to express her anger at how something was going, and she poured all the pieces into a big pile and said to start over. I was asked to reschedule a Dr. appointment so I could attend a cheerleading-type of meeting. Had to wait 6 weeks for another appointment. Had to account for my time in 6 min increments. The amount of time I spent on the phone was monitored by the finance department. I left before 2018.
