Their hiring and allocation process is a mess. They will hire a candidate for some skill-set and promise them some hi-fi, next gen technology work. But at the end they will ask you to work on something entirely different. Their entire hiring is based on "we will convert the candidate to another skill-set". Suppose you are a front developer, they will hire you and then ask you to work on python web scraping or SQL (as a data engineer). They have hired amazing and very experienced hadoop developer and ask them to work on lambda function and CFT (he never got the chance to work in big data or hadoop for his 6 months of presence in the company). It is never good for a skilled professionals, because now you have to change your entire base skill (sometime downgrade to skill-set which is very common in IT market). They do this without any remorse and I think they feel happy doing that to employees. You will not be good in any skills in 6 months in Quantiphi.
