The teams I worked with at Qualtrics were definitely the highlight, they recruited smart people who worked well together. When the product worked well, clients were very happy with it
Cons
When the product didn't work well, it could cause a lot of confusion with clients, and there was a lot of red tape to get things escalated to the people who could actually fix it The overall direction of the company from the top levels seemed out of touch with what people were hearing directly from clients
