      Some people are nice and if you're a junior and can't find any other job, then it's ok.

      Cons

      Continues bullying, harassment and discrimination all the way from down from the top executives. If you're one of the employees they favor, and/or if you are a women, then tough luck.. When I tried talking to HR, they completely ignored and did nothing.

      Pros

      Flexible work, basic benefits, dependent on client and direct management. I was lucky to have a wondering team and client.

      Cons

      Job security isn't present, internal movement unlikely, overall company outlook trending downward. This was a stepping stone role I took after a prior layoff only to have been laid off again.
