      Employees and management are easy to get along and work with. The overall environment is positive which makes for a nice place to work.

      Still a small company which makes it difficult for advancement.

      Pros

      Everyone works well with each other. There's no drama at all! The CFO, COO, and CEO are all good people. The company is very good about doing everything according to regulations. Some great possibilities in the future.

      Cons

      No foreseeable raises. Some limitations with growing current product offerings. It was too far to keep commuting from my home.
