Pros
Getting hired is fast! You can specify what you reasonably want to earn, and if you understand what a temp agency does for you, you can use this to your benefit. If you dont like the job, make sure you put in a notice in order to be eligible for new opportunities in the future! They will work with you as needed to obtain a position relative to where you live & what your capable of!
Cons
They actively work with the county jail, huber inmates. Due to this, they dont give you much of an option if you are incarcerated. Again, getting hired is fast, but they listen more to the Correction's Officers at the jail, than they do your desires/wishes... Due to this, I gave them a lower review because morally, this practice is wrong.
