Great product with some actually really cool people. Part of the culture is pretty cool.
Cons
Constant micromanaging. Doesn't really provide a training program where people can get used to the way Qualified sells which is completely through email. Phone calls at this company are like finding fossils at this company for people booking meetings. They communicate this in the interview but the sheer amount of emails you are sending out for KPI's is astonishing. They had 5 interviews to validate I was a good candidate before offer, just to let go of me 6 weeks later. Almost one interview for every week I was at the company. Astonishing that it comes with no warning, no pip, no time to get off a ramp period. If you're reading this it means you should run for the hills and find a job that has good management.
