      Pros

      Some of the people are very nice and down to earth

      Cons

      The company is not open to change. Upper Management is only out for themselves and the bottom line. Not interested in employee happiness. Benefit costs are INSANE. The employee pays 80% and the employer only pays 20%.

      Poor Management is going to ruin this company. Old company stuck in its own way. Employees quit everyday and good employees who want to stay get laid off
