Great product although is is only one and has some age to it although QLIKSENSE is now out and appears to be better. Good money if you over produce.
Cons
Marketing and lead generation is the worst ever experienced for a company that size resulting in new hire turn over at an industry high of 39%. The Oracle lead sales Mgmt. is no fun either unless your are one of the boys on Joe D. team. Reps spend most of their time updating SFDC and Sales 360 and doing reviews of SOE, SOI's that literately there is little time for selling there.. The process is all consuming. the new model is to hire young inexperienced sales folks and pay them less money and just work the process. the challenge however is zero leads coming in creates a vacuum of need and expectations.
