      Incompetence of the C-level: both in their respective field of activity and in the management of a company. Toxicity is a core value: you get yelled at by the owner. He usually yells, then apologizes and sometimes asks questions later.

      It is a nice company to work at, even now during covid a lot of errorts have been made to keep things fun and also do a great job for the customers.

      It is a quickly growing company so you can have to do sometimes things outside your specific role.
