      Pros

      Mostly very nice people are working around; committed, industrious, polite and positive.

      Cons

      Very unhealthy atmosphere is cultivated by ownership: arrogance, unappreciation,favoritism, empty promises, and not stop drama. HR exists just to protect owners and to manage somehow tremendous traffic of employees. Instead of appreciate and keep already trained hardworking people, they waste money for never ending re-hiring.

      Friendly welcoming environment. Great team members and support from all levels in store and head office. Clear communication and collaboration through out. Great place to learn and grow. Open to ideas and a place where you can openly share your opinions and experiences

      None as it's been nothing but a positive e experience since I've joined.
