bad management, Bad salary that never gets upped. Always expecting 100% more than you can humanly possibly do... can't actually have a sick day without being called in to the office and shouted at that your not good enough.

Supportive colleagues and management, good opportunities to learn and good commissions, compassionate, family atmosphere and altogether a fun and vibrant place to work.

Managers are always very busy but have to say, are always there when needed.
