      Colleagues are very friendly and are very welcoming. Great company values. They genuinely care about you as a person. Lots of opportunities to get tigress and move to different roles/departments.

      Cons

      Lack of flexibility sometimes in how I complete my role.

      Pros

      My colleagues were lovely. Senior management have no respect for staff, particularly in junior roles

      Cons

      Pay - well below industry standard. No pay rise for past 3 years. Many junior staff end up working for minimum wage Senior management - heartless and incompetent. Refused pay rises while giving out millions in dividends to shareholders. Bragged in the media about how well the company was doing then made loads of people redundant Staff morale is absolutely rock bottom. Everybody hates the company
