Wonderful place to work - Anonymous employee Pulse PEMF Employee Review

Working for large companies in the past, I was used to feeling like I had no real value at the company. Working for Pulse is very different. You are known as an individual and valued as an employee. Your input is heard and taken into consideration. We work as a team diligently to solve issues that may arise. The owners care about their employees and their overall health! The pto time is amazing and the compensation is very competitive.

I don’t have any serious concerns. Pulse is by far the best work experience I have had. We do have growing pains but nonetheless, we work together and get them solved. Without growing pains there’s no growth, right?

Interesting technology in theory at best

Lack of support and training with no resources to succeed. Toxic work culture and poor communication all the way around. Unclear Leadership and favoritism shown Burn-Out Prone Enviroment; High expectations without appropriate staffing. Monotonous work. They hire and reconstruct/terminate every 2 years due to not having the money to pay employees. You're just a number. Mismatch between values and reality. They promotes healing and wellness but the internal enviroment can feel chaotic and misaligned
