Pros
They have a culture of “party” and the work day is fun. If you’re a server, host, bartender, support, etc it’s great. And if you want to move up to become a manager it’s good bc their turnover is so high that they are always promoting from within. But if you get promoted, stay for a bit then move on to better companies
Cons
They don’t respect their managers The owners have no restaurant experience and got money from their grandpa to start a company. So when someone gives notice they just split the managers between restaurants. They make them work more hours and harder with no extra pay or apologies. It’s truky disrespectful of how hard we already work. They had a really strong and caring corporate team made of 2 men and 2 women. But half of them left when the owners younger brothers finished college and started “working.” I wouldnt blame them for leaving. It seems like the owners stopped listening to their employees that actually know how to run restaurants. It’s becoming more corporate by the day. I won’t be here for long and neither will my GM.
