Cons
I joined in the first week of September, and in the next two months I got only two internal interview opportunities due to Diwali timing and very few openings. There will be 2 round will be there. First one The internal interview process itself is questionable — they ask one or two coding questions with no relevance to the role or the actual skill requirements. The second round depends purely on the client’s mood, and in my case the clients were local Hyderabad teams. I couldn’t clear one internal round and one client round, and that’s it — no further support After three months, the staffing partners started forcing me into a production support project. The project had rotational shifts, no weekends, and terrible work-life balance. Most people in that project were pushed there after being benched without options. I was lucky enough to clear interviews outside and get a product offer. But after joining the ROD support project, I put down papers within two days, and even then they did not release me — instead they pushed work, asked for hourly updates, and kept me stuck. This has been one of the worst experiences in my 7.5-year career. Today is finally my last working day. On top of that, one of my colleagues who refused to join the support project were continually called by staffing partners and pressured to resign. I still don’t understand why companies hire people, keep them on the bench, delay internal opportunities, and then force them either into roles they don’t want or out of the company entirely.
