The mentorship program is really great .
That is the only best thing . To be honest if you take time and invest on your craft for over 6 months on a daily basis you won’t ever need the mentoring . You’ll be doing all the work (as you should be ) either way . They plant ideas and you grow them . I believe you can do this on your own given a good road map you could get on the internet
Cons
Pay is very low . If you have a family dependent on you don’t join. This is for someone chasing passion and is not worried about how much they earn . Otherwise you’ll watch your peers in other companies build house while you still stay at home .
