Pros

The staff in the field care about the patients.

Cons

Upper Management is out of touch. Reducing staffing levels is not the way to make money. Providing excellent patient care and holding the marketing staff accountable is how this company could be successful. Marketers are paid ridiculous bonuses for doing nothing. Nepotism is out of control, but is the best way to get ahead.

Pros

Proximity to home, flexibility provided when needed

Cons

Lack of workload balance when comparing the short term and longterm demands. Archaic unreliable technology, poor supply management, Only paid for one holiday and only if you are working. High turnover from upper mgt down. Redundancies in work processes. Many employees are paid for one position, but performing 2 to 3 other job descriptions. 30 day lead to take a day of PTO while other ppl are on PTO for months, thus causing an already strained situation worse. Lack of investment in the property by ownership. No office space for Unit Managers, one shares a small closet with a commercial ice machine, the other is in the supply closet that was once a shower. Low morale.
