Pros
Decent people, (some staff, some warehouse workers), decent location.. that's about it.
Cons
Changes time sheets after you sign off to under pay the time you spent working extra each shift. No promotional opportunities. No competitive pay. Pays less than other companies locally with no sign for a pay raise in the horizon. Coworkers are petty and cause trouble and management doesn't step in. High turnouver rate means extra hours for some employees who take it out on those coming in. Rules and protocols change continuously. No central location for all staff to get the same memos for updates, call offs happen with no warning, few staff members can do multiple tasks and are kicked around often. Workers take on projects and mess them up for staff and warehouse workers to muddle through. Mistreatment by warehouse workers who act above their positions. A lot of cons. Oh and health benefits are a joke.. paying a hefty chunk of change for insurance when you can get better plans through the state. They also bug some people to drop everything and work overtime while condensing time down that would otherwise get them at least 2 hours overtime each biweekly paycheck. And for errors in tax forms, they will forget to get the paperwork for fix it.
