      there is no pros to share.

      Cons

      they do not have money for salery. they provide salery in 2-4 month in part. so why people working there? they working because company hire them on a agreement for 1 year with the 3 month salary check. worker feel they are in trapped. there is lot's of politics in works. no unity in them.

      I was working as a full time software developer at Prudent Digital Pvt Ltd

      Cons

      Good working environment and they provide a good platform to startup the carrier as a fresher. Overall my experience was good and Management is very cooperative as well.

      1- Everyone here helps you with work. 2- Gives all types of facilities to employees 3- This Company has a comfortable time for everyone. 4- Salary is given on time.
