Honest review - Consultant Proxima Employee Review

Since being acquired by Bain, the quality of work we are engaged to do has gone down. Think long hours, complicated projects, poorly managed, strategy firm style approach (verges on inappropriate and demeaning language and behaviour) but all without the strategy firm standard of pay to match. The salary at Proxima is uncompetitive and the banding is not clear, neither is it clear what you truly need to develop to be promoted.
